Hi! I’m Hannah. I’ve been on the move since I was little. First it was dance and gymnastics. Then, I got into running. When I found yoga, I couldn’t get enough of trying different styles. Most recently, I’ve fallen in love with climbing and cycling.

All that’s to say is that I love to move, whatever that looks like. I love challenging my body and testing my mental stamina. I love exercising to make my body feel strong. I love that it makes me feel like I can take on any endeavor that gets thrown my way.

I fully believe that humans are meant to move. And that everyone can find a type of movement they enjoy.

I believe that movement should support your life — not stress you out.

My yoga classes and my fitness training sessions focus on functional movement. Depending on your goals, we’ll explore slower, intentional movements with powerful, explosive elements. And my goal? To leave you feeling strong, mobile, and balanced.
